co-founder of the multinational Canadian manufacturer of BlackBerry phones, Mike Lazaridis has increased its stake in the company and has notified the SEC be considering buying the entire company.
Lazaridis, who now owns 8% of the company, has committed Goldman Sachs and Centerview Partners LLC to help a strategic review of its operation.
