name=”HOTWordsTxt”> MEXICO CITY (18/OCT/2013.) – According to “The Wall Street Journal” a candidate appeared to agree with BlackBerry. Lenovo is that according to sources close to the negotiations, has signed a confidentiality agreement that allows access to the books of accounts to analyze the economic situation of Canadian manufacturer of smartphones.

Neither company wanted to make statements “in the interest of Lenovo,” said the newspaper, which effectively suggests that this manufacturer is considering bidding actual BlackBerry.

The initial offer from Fairfax Financial Holdings have now joined other candidates as Cerberus Capital Management LP and even BlackBerry co-founder Mike Lazaridis.

As shown in the financial daily, buying BlackBerry by Lenovo would be particularly sensitive for the additional implications that has the that a Western company is bought by a Chinese company.
