Updated BlackBerry app that alerts about earthquakes - NAFC Shows

BlackBerry company will launch a new version of its application that serves to alert users about earthquakes in Mexico City. The app will notify you in advance of earthquakes with a magnitude of 4.8 or higher, which originate in the Mexican Pacific coast. The content of the application include risk areas and recommendations, together with Civil Protection.

Upgrading to BlackBerry application will be much more useful for users, since previously only worked with earthquakes of magnitudes greater than 6 degrees. The app was launched at the request and in collaboration with the government of the Federal District. Currently, the Center for Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Integration, Information and Research Mexico City is validating the mechanism to ensure that the application works with no errors.
